Again, like Pinocchio Disney delivers both incredible animation and also story. The story is heart-wrenching and moving and always captivating. It moves very quickly but it stops at the right moments to let the important beats linger such as Dumbo being protected by her mother and then subsequently taken away. It's an all around a good story and shows that sometimes the simple story is the best.
