#138 - The Bank Dick (1940)

August 22, 2018

This is definitely not W.C. Fields’ finest film. It's a Gift is a lot more naturally comical and has a dramatic through line that is a bit more captivating. This film was a little more slapstick based and goofy than It's a Gift and arguably suffers as a result. Still, it's a fun movie and W.C. Fields is a joy to watch.
